Enrolling in Benefits

Benefits coverage for full time employees begins on the date of hire, and you have 30 days to elect your benefits.

During the year, you cannot make changes to your benefits unless you have a Qualified Life Event. If you do not make changes to your benefits within 30 days of the Qualified Life Event, you will have to wait until the next annual Open Enrollment period to make changes (unless you experience another Qualified Life Event).

Enroll

1. Log into the Workday desktop or mobile app.
2. Enroll in benefits or change your elections after a qualifying event.  
3. Update your personal information and add your dependents. 
4. Complete the enrollment for each plan.
